About the role

At Randstad, we are selecting for an important leading company in the industrial sector (manufacturing of construction materials), located in the San Martín de la Vega area, a Multiskilled Reach Truck Operator for their Supply Chain department.
What you'll do
You will work in a multi-skilled capacity in the warehouse, and your main responsibilities will be:
Daily operation of the reach truck for the placement of goods at maximum height.
Performing picking tasks and order preparation (order picker).
Distribution and movement of material throughout the facilities.
Use of PDA devices for goods control.
General support in warehouse assistant tasks.
What we're looking for
To fit the profile we are looking for, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in the specific handling of a COUNTERBALANCED FRONTAL forklift and, a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar warehouse tasks (warehouse operative, picking, order picking).
Accreditation: Valid forklift license (5-forklift certification is essential).
Mobility: Have your own vehicle to access the workplace.
Personal competencies: We are looking for a serious, responsible person seeking a long-term project.
What you'll get
Contract: DIRECT hiring by the end company.
The initial contract will cover paternity leave plus a temporary period (between 6 and 9 months in total, approximately), with the objective of subsequently moving to an indefinite contract.
Very competitive salary: 26,522.61
- Gross Annual (SBA) + a variable production bonus (usually amounting to a minimum of 390
- additional per month).
How you'll work
Working day: Weekly rotating shift schedule of morning (06:00 to 14:00h) and afternoon (14:00 to 22:00h), and Night (22:00 to 06:00). Availability bonus: Availability is required to work the night shift on an occasional basis (although it is not the norm).
