Counter Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
Ensure all parts orders are accurate
Assist customers to determine necessary parts information such as parts numbers, quantities, sourcing, freight, timelines, etc.
Assist in all areas of Parts department as needed
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Counter Sales Representative Position Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
Mechanical aptitude
Strong Computer skills
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Outgoing, positive personality
Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done

Strongly Preferred:

Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of Cat Systems
Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial
