Country Manager A Leading Data Center & Technology Company
Salary: ฿120,000 – ฿150,000 per month
About the role
Our client is a growing international company specializing in Data Center, Critical Infrastructure and Technology solutions, with operations across Southeast Asia. We are looking for an experienced Country Manager – Thailand to take overall responsibility for business operations, project coordination and team management in Thailand. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between the Thailand operation, customers, local stakeholders and the company's Headquarters in China. This is a hands-on leadership position combining Operations, Engineering, Project Management and Business Coordination.
Key responsibilities
Oversee overall business operations and day-to-day activities in Thailand.
Act as the key contact between Thailand operations, customers, local stakeholders and China Headquarters.
Report business, operational and project updates directly to the China Headquarters.
Manage and coordinate engineering, commissioning and project teams in Thailand.
Lead and coordinate both Thai employees and Chinese expatriate teams.
Ensure projects and commissioning activities are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards and company requirements.
Coordinate with regional teams and support business operations across Malaysia and Indonesia.
Travel overseas when required for regional projects and business operations.
Resolve operational issues and coordinate solutions between local teams and China Headquarters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other business stakeholders.
About you
Thai nationality.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MEP, Engineering Management or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Data Center, Engineering, Commissioning, MEP, Critical Infrastructure or related industries.
Experience in Data Center operations or commissioning is highly preferred.
Strong experience in team management and coordination of multiple functions.
Strong business and operational management skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable communicating directly with international management and China Headquarters.
Willing to travel to Malaysia, Indonesia and other regional locations when required.
Strong problem-solving, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
