Country Manager (Ads Agency)
An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a global one-stop platform company for the position of Country Manager with Ads agency background, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive product and service growth and market expansion.
- Lead teams of around 200 members, overseeing client acquisition and contract negotiations.
- Offer strategic consulting services to clients, aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients for high-quality marketing solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in leadership roles in the marketing industry.
- Demonstrated business development expertise in the marketing industry.
- Strong track record in market penetration and client acquisition, especially among SMEs in Vietnam.
- Exceptional skill in forming strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Solid financial acumen for enhancing P/L through strategic BD initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in developing and executing business strategies.
