The role has full P&L ownership and responsibility for commercial strategy, market expansion, distributor & key account management, strategic partnerships, and building high-performing teams.
We’re looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in Healthcare and/or FMCG;
- Strong CIS & multi-country experience;
- Proven commercial & P&L leadership;
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills;
- Fluent English & Russian
