Country Manager
- Serve as the Senior Person-in-Charge of the regional office, fully assume overall responsibility for the annual sales performance and business development goals, formulate top-down localized business and sales strategies, and drive sustainable regional business growth.
- Take full leadership of the overseas local team, responsible for team recruitment, organizational construction, system optimization, daily management, performance appraisal and talent echelon building; formulate team management rules and incentive mechanisms, empower team members, improve overall team combat effectiveness, and realize stable team operation and talent reserve.
- Lead and manage core customer and partner relationships, conduct high-level business docking and negotiation, maintain long-term strategic cooperative relations, dig deep customer value, and enhance regional market customer stickiness and market share.
- Overall plan and build the local sales channel system, lead the development, assessment and optimization of distributors and agents, standardize channel operation norms, and build a healthy and sustainable regional channel ecosystem.
- Lead local brand building and market promotion work, plan and deploy industry exhibitions and brand marketing activities, shape a high-quality local brand image, and improve regional brand influence and market competitiveness.
- Oversee daily standardized operation and risk control of the representative office, collect and analyze local market policies and competitor dynamics, output strategic market analysis reports, and provide core decision-making basis for the company’s global overseas layout.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Possess more than 3 years of senior management experience, with independent overall operation and team leadership experience highly preferred.
- Familiar with industry operation modes, with rich high-level business negotiation, strategic channel layout and key customer resource management capabilities.
- Possess excellent senior management literacy, including team organization construction, overall strategic planning, team incentive management and cross-departmental overall coordination capabilities, withstrong strategic vision, goal control ability and performance leadership.
- Fluent in English with proficient business communication and team management language skills. Equipped with outstanding market strategic insight, extreme pressure resistance and independent overall operation capability, able to undertake full-cycle regional business and team management work.
- Adapt to long-term overseas resident work, with excellent professional ethics, strong organizational responsibility and high corporate loyalty.
