Urgent Hiring – Country Manager | KSA

XAD Technologies is looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead operations, drive business growth, and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:
15–18 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong KSA experience
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications / Telecom Engineering – Mandatory
Must be currently residing in KSA
Strong experience in Telecom Mobile & Fixed Networks
Experience in Technical Operations & Project Management
Strong knowledge of HR & Administration
Excellent Vendor Management & Relationship Management skills
Strong Business Development and client relationship experience
Experience in Budgeting, Costing, Forecasting & Financial Management
Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, policies, regulations and compliance
Hands-on knowledge of KSA visa, Iqama, manpower hiring and employee transfer processes
Understanding of relevant government platforms and HR/visa procedures in KSA
Ability to manage recruitment, manpower planning and workforce requirements
Proven ability to bring new business, strategic improvements and positive changes to the organization
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of business growth and operational excellence

Location: KSA

Only candidates currently residing in KSA with relevant Telecom experience and strong knowledge of KSA policies, laws, HR and visa management will be considered.
