Country Manager

During the initial stage, your primary mission will be to help us understand and navigate the local market.
You will:
- Analyze the education, HR and social impact ecosystems. Identify the key market opportunities and barriers. Map major stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers. Analyze procurement and purchasing processes. Evaluate local regulations and market requirements. Assess customer needs and adoption drivers. Identify local competitors and alternative solutions.
- Build relationships with potential partners, distributors and strategic allies.
- Recommend go-to-market strategies. Validate product positioning, pricing and business models.
- Support initial business development activities.
- As the business grows, the role may evolve into a leadership position responsible for local operations and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have:
- 5+ years of experience in the local market. Strong professional network. Experience launching, scaling or representing products and services. Understanding of how organizations make purchasing decisions. Experience working with schools, universities, government agencies, HR departments or social organizations.
