Country Manager, Singapore – Smart Locker Business

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development and day-to-day management of the company’s smart locker business in Singapore.

• Develop local business plans and take responsibility for revenue growth, cost control, operating expenses and market development.

• Build and manage the local team, establish working processes and drive business execution.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, property owners, logistics partners, government agencies and industry associations.

• Identify suitable locations and partnership opportunities for smart locker deployment.

• Manage key accounts, contract renewals, additional business opportunities and customer information in the CRM system.

• Lead commercial negotiations and monitor accounts receivable, payment risks and contract compliance.

• Work closely with headquarters and internal teams to ensure local operations comply with Singapore regulations and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or a related discipline.

• At least five years of B2B sales, key account management or business development experience.

• At least three years of experience managing a market, business unit or sales team.

• Experience in logistics, smart hardware, e-commerce, O2O services or related industries would be advantageous.

• Good understanding of the Singapore market and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

  Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise directly with Mandarin-speaking headquarters, regional partners, and to navigate internal systems and documentation rendered in Chinese.

• Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
