Job Summary
Lead Aventis’ strategic expansion across Southeast Asia by driving student recruitment, building partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing brand presence to establish Aventis as the preferred postgraduate education provider in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to develop targeted country-specific growth strategies that drive regional expansion
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, education agents, corporates, and government bodies to enhance collaboration and market reach
- Represent Aventis at education fairs, conferences, partner meetings, and recruitment events to promote brand visibility and student engagement
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize strategic collaborations including articulation, dual-degree, and franchise agreements to expand program offerings
- Localise marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and boost student recruitment in diverse Southeast Asian markets
- Align programme offerings with evolving market needs while ensuring full compliance with local education regulations and standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international education, student recruitment, or business development within Southeast Asia
- Proven track record in market expansion and forming strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia’s education sector and regulatory environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in professional settings
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; knowledge of local languages is a plus to support regional engagement and relationship-building
