We’re strengthening our presence across Spain to lead growth and performance in the local market.

This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you'll be fully responsible for market development, performance, and compliance.

What you’ll do:

Own the P&L for Spain and define a clear roadmap for sustainable growth.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behavior to shape the local strategy.
Drive local performance across acquisition, retention, and product positioning in close cooperation with CRM, Content, Product, Affiliation, and Compliance teams.
Localize global campaigns and ensure they are relevant for the local audience and aligned with business goals.
Develop and execute local promotional, bonus, and retention strategies for both casino and sports.
Monitor key KPIs, budgets, and forecasts; prepare regular performance reports and turn insights into action.
Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage relationships with local authorities and key market stakeholders.
Lead local projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure smooth execution and strong brand visibility across channels

What we’re looking for:

6+ years in iGaming (casino or sports betting).
At least 2 years as a Country Manager for the Spanish Market withing iGaming
Deep understanding of Spanish customer behavior, cultural specifics, and regulatory framework.
Strong understanding of acquisition channels, CRM, promotional strategy, and product-market fit in Spain.
Native Spanish and fluent English.
