Country Manager Sweden

As the Country Manager for Sweden at Conscia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's mission to secure and manage mission-critical IT infrastructure for a large organisation. You will be responsible for leading the Swedish team, managing P&L, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of local operations with Conscia's global objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Swedish team to achieve business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
• Manage the P&L for Sweden, ensuring financial targets are met
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Ensure alignment of local operations with Conscia's global objectives
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity, networking, hybrid cloud, and observability solutions
• Represent Conscia in the Swedish market, promoting the company's mission and values

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
