We are looking for a Country PUD, Linehaul & Fleet Manager to lead our Pick up & Delivery, Linehaul and Fleet activities across Romania.

This is a senior operational role with countrywide responsibility. You will oversee a complex network, work closely with local and regional stakeholders and ensure that capacity, fleet and operational processes support both current business needs and future growth.

What you will do

• Lead the Pick-up & Delivery, Linehaul and Fleet strategy at country level
• Coordinate operational planning, capacity and resources across the network
• Manage fleet availability, utilization, maintenance, renewal and associated costs
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient transportation operations
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve service, productivity and cost efficiency
• Assess transportation volumes and ensure the right capacity is available to meet business demand
• Drive improvements in processes, systems and operational ways of working
• Manage relationships with transport providers, fleet suppliers and other external partners
• Work closely with Operations Management and key stakeholders on priorities, performance and business decisions
• Provide direction and support to operational leaders across locations
• Build a consistent approach to performance, standards and execution across the national network

What we are looking for

• University degree
• Solid experience in Operations, transportation, logistics or Fleet Management
• Previous experience leading teams and managing complex or multi-site operations
• Strong planning, analytical and decision making skills
• Good understanding of operational KPIs, capacity, productivity and cost management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Sound judgement and the ability to make decisions in a fast paced operational environment
• A practical, structured and solution focused approach
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of English

Experience in courier, express delivery or complex transportation networks is considered an advantage.
