Country Sales Manger Taiwan

Our client is a fast-growing baby care brand headquartered in Singapore, with regional operations in Malaysia (operations hub), Vietnam, Thailand, and China. In 2024, they expanded into Taiwan and are now looking for their Country Sales Manager to build and lead our presence locally.

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with distribution channels and hands-on experience in managing them
  • Formulate and execute product channel strategies
  • Lead or participate in planning and executing marketing activities to achieve company objectives
  • Prepare annual plans, including revenue management, cost control, and annual budgeting
  • Collaborate with the team to present sales pitches to key clients, maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales volume, and suggestions for expanding the customer base
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
  • Regularly report to the direct supervisor on the outcomes of channel activities, execution analysis, and improvement suggestions
  • Actively develop distributors and clients, seeking product exposure and sales opportunities
  • Efficiently and effectively manage business operations, including executing and tracking promotional activities and closing campaigns
  • Regularly collect and report customer and competitor information
  • Execute other assigned projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at the Manager level
  • Background in baby care, beauty/skincare, or FMCG (e.g., Nestlé, P&G, Unilever)
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Must be adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Awareness of Taiwan–China dynamics is essential
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and execution-focused
  • Experience working with Chinese management is a strong plus
