We're looking for a passionate and people-oriented Course Advisor who enjoys conversations, understands aspirations, and can guide prospective learners toward the right educational and career pathways.

What You'll Do

🎯 Engage prospective students through enquiries, events, workshops, webinars, and consultations.

🎯 Understand each individual's career goals, interests, and learning needs.

🎯 Recommend suitable programmes and learning pathways based on their aspirations.

🎯 Conduct course consultations both in-person and online.

🎯 Follow up with prospective students and support them through the enrolment process.

🎯 Participate in education fairs, open houses, and outreach activities.

🎯 Work closely with Marketing, Academic, and Student Services teams to deliver an exceptional learner experience.

🎯 Maintain accurate records and manage enquiries through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Education Sales, Student Recruitment, Course Advisory, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

✅ Goal-oriented and comfortable working towards enrolment targets.

✅ Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

✅ Passion for education, career development, and helping people succeed.

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience in a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore.

⭐ Familiarity with SkillsFuture, SCTP, Diploma, Degree, or Professional Development programmes.

⭐ Interest in gaming, AI, cybersecurity, digital media, XR, or emerging technologies.
