Recruitment & Sales
- Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media.
- Conduct consultation sessions to understand learners' career goals.
- Recommend suitable training programmes.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
Course Promotion
- Promote courses through:
- Roadshows
- Networking events
- Exhibitions
- Online campaigns
- Community outreach - Generate new leads through referrals and partnerships.
- Conduct presentations to prospective learners and companies.

Important:
This is a 100% Full Commission-Based position. There is no basic salary. Income is derived solely from commissions earned on successful sales and enrolments, with unlimited earning potential.
