Mayvin is seeking a Court Security Subject Matter Expert to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate will provide specialized court security expertise in support of key mission requirements across the Judiciary.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo and pass a background investigation.
This position is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance, and operational improvement
- Assess current workflows, roles, decision authorities, organizational interfaces, and governance structures supporting CSO staffing and security systems operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, unclear responsibilities, and opportunities for standardization or modernization
- Develop current and future state process models, evaluate organizational and governance alternatives, and define practical improvements to accountability, coordination, and decision making
- Work with security, workforce, and analytical SMEs, to ensure recommendations reflect operational requirements, stakeholder dependencies, and implementation constraints
