COURT TECHNOLOGY IT SUPPORT ANALYST

DEPARTMENT: Elkhart County Judiciary

HIRING RANGE: $30.29-$33.64/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: 40 hours-Varies Monday-Friday

LOCATION OF POSITION: Elkhart County Judicial Center

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Within County (please complete driving page on application)

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for installing, managing, and decommissioning hardware and software, analyzing and solving problems, and maintaining security and integrity of systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or HSE; Associates degree preferred
• Possession of and/or ability to obtain and maintain CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft and/or ITIL certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of and ability to install, upgrade, manage, and decommission hardware and software solutions, including but not limited to PC equipment, peripherals, Microsoft products, VoIP, and mobile technologies, such as coordinating user setups and configuring printers
• Ability to assist users with technical inquiries and issues, provide guidance and training on IT systems and applications and document user interactions and solutions
• Excellent organizational, communication skills and sound knowledge of office procedures & practices
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
