1. Handle customer's tape-out, prototyping, and production request
2. Prepare and host customer meetings and visits, and follow up with action items
3. Track customer project status, clarify customer request and escalate customer’s issue to management
4. Cross-functional coordination and resource arrangement
5. Workflow setup, maintain and continue improvement
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader
