Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience
- Experience leading an organization of more than 20 people in a company with at least 300 employees
- Experience achieving results through service or product planning and operations
- End-to-end product lifecycle management experience
- Experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience establishing governance
- Leadership demonstrated through execution and organizational management
- Experience leading product growth in a large financial payment network or platform ecosystem
- Service planning experience in blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or Web3
