As a Career Preparation Instructor, you’ll play a crucial role guiding students on their path from learning to earning. Your leadership in coordinating courses and delivering engaging programming will help students acquire technical skills, gain confidence, and transition into full-time jobs, further education, or advanced training. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and coordinate career preparation courses and activities tailored to student needs.
  • Create an engaging, supportive learning environment that encourages skill-building and goal-setting.
  • Guide students through education and career planning, helping them identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with staff to connect students with resources for employment, housing, and other transitional supports.
  • Track and evaluate student progress to ensure program objectives are met and continuously improved.

What We’re Looking For

  • An Associate of Arts degree or at least one year of experience working with youth in a related setting.
  • A valid in-state driver’s license and the ability to meet company insurability requirements.
  • Approval from the Department of Labor, demonstrating alignment with federal standards.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading and speaking English.
