CPPA Manager 綠電交易經理 (台北)

1. 負責綠電銷售、轉供策略、產品規劃及定價機制，掌握市場與政策趨勢。
Develop green power sales and wheeling strategies, product offerings, and pricing mechanisms while monitoring market and regulatory trends.
2. 主導國內外大型企業 CPPA 客戶開發、商務談判及客戶關係維護。
Lead CPPA business development, commercial negotiations, and relationship management with major domestic and international corporate clients.
3. 負責 CPPA 合約洽談、交易條件設計及售電風險控管。
Lead CPPA contract negotiations, commercial term structuring, and power sales risk management.
4. 跨部門協調綠電轉供及相關專案推動。
Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate green power wheeling and related project execution.
5. 領導及培育團隊，建立 KPI、作業流程及業務管理機制。
Lead and develop the team, establishing KPIs, operating processes, and business management mechanisms.
6. 執行主管交辦之相關任務。
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

任職條件｜Qualifications

• 5 年以上再生能源、綠電或電力市場相關經驗。

5+ years of experience in renewable energy, green power, or the electricity market.

• 3 年以上 CPPA 實務經驗，具大型企業客戶開發及成功簽約實績。

3+ years of hands-on CPPA experience, with a proven track record in developing and successfully securing contracts with major corporate clients.

• 熟悉綠電交易、台電轉供、T-REC 及 PPA／CPPA 合約。

Strong knowledge of green power trading, Taiwan Power Company wheeling, T-REC, and PPA/CPPA contracts.

• 具優秀商務談判、跨部門協調及團隊領導能力。

Strong commercial negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership skills.

• 英文精通，具國際客戶溝通及商務談判能力。

Fluent in English, with strong communication and business negotiation skills for international clients.
