CQV Permit Office Manager – Post-Construction

Overall Purpose

The CQV Permit Office Manager is responsible for controlling permit-to-work, LOTO, and safety governance during the CQV / commissioning phase of large and complex construction projects.

The role ensures that commissioning is treated as a structured, high-risk execution phase, where activities are properly planned, sequenced, and carried out in full compliance with approved RAMS, permits, and HSE requirements.

You will act as the key interface between construction completion and operational readiness, ensuring a safe and controlled transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the overall authority for Permit to Work during the CQV / commissioning phase.
  

• Govern LOTO planning, isolations, and compliance across systems and disciplines.
  

• Plan and coordinate commissioning activities in line with construction completion and handover.
  

• Lead daily commissioning coordination meetings, focusing on sequencing, interfaces, and risk control.
  

• Ensure all commissioning work is executed in accordance with approved RAMS and permits.
  

• Resolve conflicts between parallel activities with strong focus on safety and control.
  

• Coordinate closely with Construction, HSE, Client, and Operations teams.
  

• Monitor commissioning progress and report status and risks to project management.
  

Required Qualifications & Profile

• Experience from commissioning, start-up, operations, or site management on complex facilities.
  

• Strong practical understanding of PtW systems, LOTO, RAMS, and HSE in high-risk environments.
  

• Structured and risk-aware, with the ability to take decisions and enforce compliance.
  

• Comfortable working in a dynamic site environment.
  

• Clear communicator with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
  

• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
