Craft Beverage Mobile Packaging Line Operator

The Packaging Technician is held to a high standard of canning. This tech can lead his team on canning runs daily with measurable success. They communicate with customers professionally while also understanding how to trouble shoot day-to-day issues. Basic seamer education allows them to make minor adjustments when needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and escalation
• Understands minimizing dissolved oxygen under various conditions
• New SOP awareness and adherence
• Canning line setup and cleaning
• Machine repair
• Performs jobs unsupervised with a Tech I or II
• Seamer understanding and minor adjustments
• Communicates run and issues with customer
• Communicate with other employees and gives direction as needed
• Canning line maintenance days
• Previous duties as needed
