About the Role

VURIN Group is seeking an experienced Crane/Forklift Operator to handle lifting and material movement operations while ensuring compliance with equipment safety standards and HSE procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, pedestal and overhead cranes, as well as forklifts.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and record operating hours and defects.
• Follow approved lifting plans and instructions from banksmen.
• Support equipment maintenance, inspections and load testing.
• Comply with Permit to Work procedures and HSE requirements.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety assessments.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects and incidents.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper operating records.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND.
• Certified Crane Operator with API RP 2D qualification.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Valid BOSIET/OSP certificate for offshore assignments.
• Minimum of 5 years' crane and forklift operating experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience operating mobile, pedestal and overhead cranes.
• Knowledge of crane load charts, lifting plans, hand signals and HSE procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
