The primary role of the individual is to provide service to our STS and RTG cranes. Our goal is to find an individual to reinforce the shop when it comes to keeping all equipment in service. This is done by performing periodical maintenance at scheduled intervals, observing and reporting issues, and minimizing downtime during any breakdowns.

· Inspect tools and equipment to diagnose malfunction or to determine functional condition.

· Work in a safe manor to minimize hazards to yourself or others.

· Be able to work from heights.

· Maintain equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules in attempt to minimize downtime while assisting in potential diagnosis due to prior component observation.

· Repair electrical and simple electronic malfunctions as well as any larger task involving entire shop or subcontractors.

· Perform emergency repairs to return the equipment to operation.

· Operate tools and equipment to diagnose malfunctions and verify proper operation.

· Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.

· Understand crane functions and ability to communicate with team and operators.
