Crane Operator
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes and other lifting equipment in support of ship repair and maintenance operations. Duties include lifting, moving, loading, and positioning materials, equipment, and vessel components in accordance with company safety policies and operating procedures. The incumbent shall conduct pre-operational inspections, maintain assigned equipment, assist with ship repair activities as required, and perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superior.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- With experience in crane operation; experience in ship repair and maintenance is an advantage.
- Valid Chauffeur's License; crane operator certification, if required by applicable regulations.
- Physically fit and able to work in a shipyard environment.
- Willing to work 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., a minimum of 40 hours per week, on a rotating day-off schedule, and render overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by operational needs
