We are seeking a dedicated Crane Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in maintaining and servicing cranes, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of cranes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
2. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems using diagnostic tools, collaborating with team members to implement effective solutions that restore equipment functionality.
3. Conduct inspections of crane equipment, identifying potential hazards and recommending necessary repairs or replacements to safeguard operational integrity.
4. Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations for quality assurance.
5. Assist in the installation and setup of new crane systems, collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
6. Communicate effectively with team to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, building strong relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills

• Minimum 4- 8 years of experience on mobile crane breakdown maintenance,
• Hands on experience on mobile crane maintenance of Zoomlion, XCMG brands.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair crane systems effectively.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate problem identification.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in crane operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry standards.
