CRE After Sales Company: Joshi Autozone Pvt Ltd Job Location: Chandigarh, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3+ years Salary: 20K25K a month Job Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to promote car detailing services, educate customers about their benefits and convert service customers into buyers. The candidate will focus on upselling detailing packages and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities Approach customers visiting the service centre and explain available car detailing services. Convince customers to purchase detailing packages such as paint protection, ceramic coating, interior cleaning, polishing and other vehicle appearance enhancement services. Explain the benefits, features, pricing and value of each detailing service. Generate leads from existing customers, service appointments, vehicle deliveries and follow-up calls. Make outbound calls and follow up with customers to promote detailing packages and special offers. Coordinate with Service Advisors and the detailing team to identify sales opportunities. Achieve monthly sales targets for detailing services and package conversions. Ensure excellent customer handling and build long-term customer relationships.
