Work Hours:

11PM to 8AM

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision: Mentor Sales Assistants to achieve targets, monitor quality, and conduct performance reviews with training support.
Sales Operations & Frontline Engagement: Manage sales activities, client inquiries, communication, call quality, CRM accuracy, and process improvements.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to analyze trends and identify improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Handle escalations, ensure timely client communication, and collaborate internally.
Administrative Oversight: Support daily sales operations, documentation, and ensure organized records and compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required (or High School diploma with solid professional experience for at least 3 years)
Excellent English communication
At least 3 years of experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
At least 2 years tenure in Supervisory role
Strong leadership, English skills, and workflow management
US night shift, tool proficiency, high call volume comfort
Coaching passion, sales/customer support results.
