This role is part of our federal Marketing + Communications team focused on creating design to help bring that work to life with craft and clarity.

The work
- Familiarizing yourself with the campaign and target audience,
- Collaborating with our Marketing + Communications team and business SMEs to make the work great
- Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces—from collateral to social posts to event visuals
- Review other designers’ work to ensure high quality
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Apply typography techniques
- Think through and solve for complex creative challenges
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
What you need
- Strong visual and creative storytelling skills (concept to craft)
- Comfortable to work independently or in a group
- Proactive in sharing ideas and solving challenges
- Skills in managing expectations, projects and resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design and meet deadlines
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
