Provide executive administrative support for Apple TV’s Children’s Creative Development team, handling calendars, meetings, expenses, and confidential tasks in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

In this position, you'll provide administrative support for executive leadership to Children's Creative Executives on Apple TV. We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative.
You'll provide full administrative support to the Head of Children's Creative Development and the Head of Research. You'll manage cross-functional calendars with heavy calendaring; organize meetings via live, videoconference and conference calls. Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures. Help plan and execute offsite meetings for teams; have consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc. Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information; complete expense reports. Assist in ordering equipment for tech lab; on-board new employees; proactively manage team support, ranging from managing weekly reports to supplies, facilities and more. We're looking for someone to apply strategic thinking , who's able to understand the business and see the “big picture” and excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically. You'll contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year experience assisting an entertainment executive with excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
- Consistent record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make decisions quickly and under pressure
- Experience calendaring for busy executives
- Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and react efficiently and calmly in the face of changes
- Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor knowing when to delegate issues upward
- Determined, results-oriented and excited to take on challenges while remaining calm under pressure
- We need you to be confident in making decisions on your own when needed and articulate your reasoning
- Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly with a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
