Creative Director

- Fintech company is looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative function across brand, campaigns and product visual design.

- This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strong creative thinking, exceptional design judgment and team leadership.

What you'll own :

- Lead the creative team and set the standard for creative work

- Translate brand strategy and consumer insights into ideas, campaigns and design

- Own and evolve the visual language across all brand touchpoints

- Lead art direction across film, social, digital, OOH, partnerships and other channels

- Shape visual expression within the product, including illustration, motion, imagery, typography and key branded moments

- Build creative systems that make the brand distinctive and consistent

- Review and continuously raise the quality of creative work

- Work closely with senior leadership across Marketing, Product and Business teams

What we're looking for :

Someone who is as strong at leading creative teams as they are at judging the work.

You should have :

- Significant experience leading creative or design teams.

- A strong portfolio across brand design, campaigns and visual storytelling.

- Deep expertise in art direction, typography, imagery, motion and design systems.

- Experience building and evolving distinctive consumer brands.

- Experience working across both marketing and digital product environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to operate as a senior leader in the company.

- High standards for craft, without losing sight of speed, business goals or the customer.
