Creative Operations Coordinator (Part-Time, US-Based/Remote)
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the company
Our client is a direct-to-consumer protective gear brand built for action sports: mountain biking, motocross, and snow sports. Their equipment is CE Level 2 certified, and their growth runs on a high-output creative engine, combining a commission-based creator program with an aggressive paid social strategy. That engine produces a lot of assets, and this role exists to keep all of it organized and moving.
About the role
This is a systems-and-process role, not a creative or strategy one. You will not be writing scripts or making design calls. You will be the person who makes sure every creative asset is uploaded correctly, logged accurately, and tracked from production through payout. If you like clean spreadsheets, clear processes, and catching the thing everyone else missed, this is a good fit.
The first few weeks are structured training. After that, you own the process independently.
What you'll do
- Upload creative to Meta Ads following the Media Buyer's instructions, on a Tuesday and Thursday cadence
- Own and maintain the internal creative tracking system across Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Motion
- Keep creative assets organized and accurately logged at every stage of production
- Generate creator payout reports for Finance, calculating each creator's percentage of ad spend
- Proactively flag inconsistencies, missing assets, or broken processes before they become problems
Requirements
- Strong organizational instincts and real attention to detail. Small errors here turn into payout errors later
- Comfort working in Google Sheets, including formulas and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, or the ability to learn the upload workflow quickly
- Someone who follows a process exactly, but speaks up when the process itself is broken
- Reliable, self-directed, and consistent once training wheels come off
- Details
- Part-time, 4 hours per day
- Must be available within the 9AM to 5PM PST window
- Fully remote
