The Creative Operations Coordinator is the administrative and creative-production operator for Peachtree's Marketing and Creative Department. The role keeps assets, platforms, materials, projects, purchasing, and recurring deliverables organized and completed. Strong visual literacy and brand sensitivity are essential, but the Coordinator executes approved direction rather than independently determining brand voice, design, copy, music, image selection, or gallery curation.

  • Maintain rights, credit, file, platform, and completion records and flag missing information or inconsistencies.

Collateral and Branded Materials

  • Create templates per direction and brand style guides for continued use and updating.
  • Coordinate printing, assembly, organization, and delivery of approved branded materials for tastings, events, sales presentations, internal initiatives, guest-facing uses.
  • Maintain department supplies, merchandise, materials, and inventory.

Sourcing Purchasing and Project Administration

  • Place and track approved orders and maintain vendor, specification, expense, receipt, inventory, and reorder records.
  • Implement approved venue, station, packaging, gift, merchandise, signage, uniform, and presentation concepts without altering the direction.
  • Maintain the department's project tracker, recurring calendar, requests, meeting records, deadlines, dependencies, approvals.

Quality Assurance and Communication

  • Use checklists, approved references, and side-by-side verification to confirm facts, links, files, sequence, credits, formats, materials, and visual consistency.
  • Recognize and flag execution that does not match approved standards; ask for clarification rather than improvising.
  • Receive priorities and performance management from Creative Director and support assigned marketing-production requests from the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate administrative follow-through with technical vendors for approved domain, URL, redirect, email, account-access, and platform work; maintain records, deadlines, and testing while the vendor performs technical execution.
  • Report status and blockers early and close each assignment with links, locations, and a concise completion note.

Department Support

  • Maintain departmental organizational systems, including digital folders, file naming conventions, and other established administrative processes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the department and the Company.
