Creative & Performance Director

Job Summary

Lead creative and production efforts as a Creative & Performance Director by developing artistic concepts, directing rehearsals, coordinating performers, and managing production schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality entertainment programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine artistic concepts to align with production goals and audience engagement
• Direct productions and rehearsals to ensure performance quality and creative vision are achieved
• Select and coordinate performers to build cohesive and skilled performance teams
• Set and enforce performance standards to maintain consistent artistic excellence
• Plan and design entertainment programmes that meet audience expectations and event objectives
• Supervise creative teams to foster collaboration and deliver innovative production outcomes
• Manage production schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of events
• Coordinate with management and production/event teams to align creative direction with operational requirements
