Creative/Performance Director

Job Summary

Lead and direct creative and production efforts at a director level by developing artistic concepts, managing performances, supervising creative teams, and coordinating production schedules and budgets to deliver high-quality entertainment programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative artistic concepts to shape creative productions and performances
• Direct rehearsals and live productions to ensure artistic vision and quality standards are met
• Select and coordinate performers to assemble effective and cohesive performance teams
• Set and enforce performance standards to maintain consistent quality across productions
• Plan and design entertainment programmes that engage audiences and meet event objectives
• Supervise and mentor creative teams to foster collaboration and achieve production goals
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of events and performances
• Oversee production budgets to optimize resource allocation and control costs
• Coordinate with management and production/event teams to align creative and operational efforts
