Creative Planning Director
You establish the direction for new projects to expand and sustain the global growth of the Cats & Soup intellectual property. You evaluate expansion into new genres and platforms based on market and competitor analysis, coordinate key decisions and development priorities, and build effective collaboration across development, planning, art, and QA functions.
Responsibilities
- Establish the direction for new projects supporting the global expansion and sustained growth of the Cats & Soup intellectual property
- Evaluate expansion into new genres and platforms such as console and PC based on market and competitor analysis
- Coordinate key project decisions and development priorities and milestones
- Build an effective collaboration system across development, planning, art, and QA functions
Requirements
- Experience overseeing a global-targeted game project from initial planning through launch and live service
- Deep understanding of the tone and core values of the Cats & Soup intellectual property
- Collaborative communication skills to communicate flexibly with art, development, and business functions and provide clear direction
- Experience directing or leading planning for globally successful games or healing, idle, or casual games is preferred
