Creative Producer

Open 19d

Summary

A Creative Producer manages end-to-end production for photography and video projects in a boutique studio, coordinating teams, timelines, and budgets for food, lifestyle, and brand storytelling content.

Job Description

Chun Tsubaki is a boutique creative production studio specialising in food, lifestyle, hospitality, and brand storytelling. We work with both local and regional brands across campaign, social, and always-on content.

We are looking for a Creative Producer who is highly organised, visually grounded, and confident managing productions end-to-end — from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production coordination.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, operations, and client management, and is ideal for someone who understands how strong visuals are built, not just conceptualised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production for photography and video projects (campaign & social content)

  • Translate creative direction into actionable production plans, timelines, and shot lists

  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, talents, and suppliers

  • Oversee pre-production logistics including scheduling, sourcing, permits, and budgeting

  • Be present on set to manage flow, timing, and quality control

  • Liaise directly with clients to align expectations and manage deliverables

  • Track post-production progress and ensure timelines and standards are met

  • Support internal teams with project documentation and workflow organisation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative production, content production, or related roles

  • Strong understanding of photography and videography workflows

  • Experience handling both campaign-scale and social media content productions

  • Comfortable working on set and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
(Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is a plus)

  • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solution-driven

  • Familiarity with production tools, call sheets, budgets, and timelines

  • Experience in food, lifestyle, or hospitality productions is an advantage

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on high-quality regional and international brand projects

  • A collaborative, creative-driven studio environment

  • Exposure to both campaign and fast-paced social content workflows

  • Room for growth into senior production or creative leadership roles
