Job Description
Chun Tsubaki is a boutique creative production studio specialising in food, lifestyle, hospitality, and brand storytelling. We work with both local and regional brands across campaign, social, and always-on content.
We are looking for a Creative Producer who is highly organised, visually grounded, and confident managing productions end-to-end — from pre-production planning to on-set execution and post-production coordination.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, operations, and client management, and is ideal for someone who understands how strong visuals are built, not just conceptualised.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production for photography and video projects (campaign & social content)
Translate creative direction into actionable production plans, timelines, and shot lists
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stylists, editors, talents, and suppliers
Oversee pre-production logistics including scheduling, sourcing, permits, and budgeting
Be present on set to manage flow, timing, and quality control
Liaise directly with clients to align expectations and manage deliverables
Track post-production progress and ensure timelines and standards are met
Support internal teams with project documentation and workflow organisation
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in creative production, content production, or related roles
Strong understanding of photography and videography workflows
Experience handling both campaign-scale and social media content productions
Comfortable working on set and managing multiple stakeholders
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)
(Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is a plus)Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and solution-driven
Familiarity with production tools, call sheets, budgets, and timelines
Experience in food, lifestyle, or hospitality productions is an advantage
