Creative Producer cum Graphic Designer (Contract / Banking)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Producer / Graphic Designer to join a leading banking organization's marketing team. This role is ideal for an experienced creative professional who combines good design and multimedia production skills with content operations, governance, and emerging GenAI-driven content creation capabilities.
You will play a critical role in scaling content production, enhancing speed-to-market, and strengthening the organization's in-house creative production capability while ensuring all content meets brand, compliance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Content Operations, Governance & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end content production and delivery readiness for marketing and business-critical campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ensure content meets established governance, brand, risk, and compliance requirements before publication.
• Review and validate GenAI-generated outputs through appropriate quality assurance and human oversight processes.
• Implement and optimize production workflows using approved content production platforms and tools.
• Maintain content quality controls, asset traceability, and production documentation.
• Partner closely with marketing, technology, content, and channel teams to ensure efficient content delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Drive consistency and operational excellence across content production activities.

GenAI & Multimedia Content Production

• Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including graphics, motion content, video adaptations, rich media, and interactive assets.
• Leverage GenAI tools to create, adapt, version, and optimize content efficiently.
• Apply creative judgment to refine, enhance, and elevate AI-generated content outputs.
• Develop campaign assets for digital, social media, website, mobile app, CRM/email marketing, and paid media channels.
• Build reusable templates, creative assets, and automated workflows to improve scalability and consistency.
• Bring suitable production activities in-house to reduce reliance on external agencies and vendors.
• Stay current with emerging creative technologies, GenAI capabilities, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in creative production, digital design, content operations, multimedia production, or creative technology.
• Good portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, social, web, mobile, CRM, and marketing campaign assets.
• Proven experience managing content production workflows, quality assurance processes, and delivery within complex corporate or marketing environments.
• Hands-on experience utilizing GenAI tools for content generation, adaptation, and creative production.
• Excellent multimedia production capabilities including:Graphic DesignMotion GraphicsVideo Editing & AdaptationRich Media ContentDigital Asset Production
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing technology tools, digital publishing environments, and template-based production systems.
• Experience developing creative templates, automation workflows, and scalable production processes.
• Good understanding of content governance, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
