Requirements
  • Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
  • An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Hiring Process
  • Within 24 hours: A team member will reach out to applicants to schedule a 30-minute phone interview
  • Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
  • Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete
Duties:
  • Complete 4+ creative repairs at different worksites each day
  • Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
  • Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
  • Communicate with the support team with questions
  • Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
  • Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
  • Problem-solve repairs with creativity
