Creative Strategist (Incogni)

Open 56d posting dated 4 days ago

Personal privacy shouldn't be complicated, and removing your personal data shouldn't be hard work. Incogni automates personal data removal for thousands of people every day — and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who views ad creative as the primary driver of success in paid social. In this role, you won't just "come up with ideas" — you'll mine consumer insights, analyze creative performance, and turn data into high-converting ad concepts across Meta. You'll own our paid social creative testing pipeline from end to end: writing direct-response scripts, briefing editing teams, and rapidly scaling winning angles that drive user acquisition. Ready to use your creative brain to build a safer internet? Let's talk.

If you want to:

  • Own paid social creative strategy, building testing roadmaps to scale user acquisition across Meta;

  • Script and brief performance ads, guiding the creative team and occasionally freelancers to execute winning concepts;

  • Partner with the media buyer and user acquisition lead to align creative output with channel growth targets;

  • Diagnose creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, and visuals, and to form testable hypotheses;

  • Build creative playbooks that document campaign learnings and scale team-wide efficiency;

  • Drive innovation in creative production workflows through automation and new tools.

And you can check off:

  • Proven experience in performance creative strategy, driving customer acquisition;

  • Hands-on experience building or using generative AI and automated workflows to scale creative output;

  • Confident owning decisions and backing creative choices with data;

  • Track record of acting as a bridge between media buyers and creative teams;

  • Familiarity with both creative and performance-related metrics;

  • Experience mining customer verbatims, reviews, and competitor angles to fuel high-converting ad concepts.

Here’s the deal:

  • Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;

  • Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts, a physical coach and a gym to regular mental health checks;

  • Tools of your choice: choose technical equipment and the tools you need to do your best;

  • Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;

  • Convenient commuting: traveling from point A to point B can be a pain. That’s why, depending on your unique circumstances, we compensate part of your public transport costs;

  • Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;

  • Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;

  • Gross salary: 3100-4300 Eur/month. It may vary depending on your skills and experience.
