About Zabota

Zabota is a top-ranked global recruitment firm, recognized as a Top HR Staffing Company by Clutch in 2025. We help ambitious U.S. brands build world-class, remote-first teams by connecting top talent from LATAM, Europe, and beyond with companies that are moving fast and thinking big.

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce brand that's built something pretty special.

With around 600K-700K in monthly revenue, a creator army of 70 people posting daily, and a seriously loyal community, they've grown primarily through organic content. Now, they're ready to take things to the next level by going big on paid ads.

The founder is a former Amazon software engineer who's built much of the company's growth infrastructure himself, including custom software and AI-powered systems that help the team move fast.

The mission? Help 1M+ couples build the habit of choosing, desiring, and experiencing each other. They're looking for their first Creative Strategist to help make that happen.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative strategist who knows how to turn customer insights into ads that actually convert.

You'll work directly with the founder, take ownership of creative strategy for Meta ads, and help build the paid advertising engine from the ground up.

You'll start with the fundamentals: researching customer avatars, finding winning angles, and writing killer ad copy and headlines. From there, you'll have the opportunity to develop bigger creative concepts, write creator scripts, and experiment with formats like drama ads and native ads.

And here's the fun part: you won't be waiting weeks for a creative team to bring your ideas to life. The company has an established network of loyal creators who can execute your scripts quickly, plus custom systems designed to help you test, learn, and iterate at speed.

Your ideas won't sit in a Google Doc. They'll get tested in the real world.

If you love direct response, obsess over why ads work, and want to see what happens when great creative meets serious execution speed, keep reading.

Responsibilities

  • Come up with winning angles. Dig into customer conversations, audience research, and customer avatars to uncover the pain points, desires, and motivations that make people pay attention.

  • Write ads that convert. Create compelling primary text, headlines, hooks, and messaging for Meta campaigns.

  • Test, test, test. Develop different messaging angles for different customer segments and figure out what actually drives results.

  • Connect the dots. Make sure the messaging works from the first ad all the way through the landing page.

  • Let the data talk. Analyze campaign performance, learn from the results, and use those insights to make the next round of creative even better.

  • Think beyond copy. As you grow into the role, help develop creator scripts, drama ads, native ads, and other creative formats.

  • Put the creator network to work. Turn your ideas into scripts that the company's established creator team can execute quickly.

  • Work closely with the founder. Collaborate on creative direction, testing strategies, and ways to scale winning concepts.

  • Build the playbook. Help create a repeatable creative testing process that makes it easier to find winners and scale them.

  • Move fast. Take ownership of your ideas, learn quickly, and keep pushing for better results.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on DTC creative strategy experience. You've worked on paid social for products sold directly to consumers and understand how creative drives acquisition and revenue.

  • Experience advertising in a restricted category. You've run ads for sexual wellness, intimacy, supplements, or women's health. You know Meta's policies on adult and health content, the basics of supplement claims, and how to get bold creative approved without watering it down.

  • A proven Meta ads background. You know how to test and scale creative, connect it to CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and understand how offers like bundles, BOGO, and subscribe-and-save affect conversion and AOV.

  • Experience writing UGC briefs and creator scripts. You can turn an angle into a clear, actionable brief with hooks, talking points, and structure that creators can film quickly and well.

  • A direct-response mindset. You can turn sounds fun into I'm ordering tonight by handling the category's core objections: Does it work? Is it safe? Is it just for women? Will anyone see the package?

  • Strong, human copywriting. Native or near-native English. Your copy is funny, warm, and a little mischievous, never clinical or crude, and you can write many hooks and variations for different buyers.

  • A real customer research process. You can mine reviews, comments, and creator videos for specific angles, like the surprised skeptic, the long-term couple reconnecting, or the gift buyer.

  • A testing mindset and ownership. You form hypotheses, read results, decide what to test next, and are comfortable being the first person in the role, working directly with the founder and using AI tools to move faster.
