Creator Care Payments Specialist
Statusphere is looking for a Creator Care Payments Specialist to join our team and support the processing and resolution of creator payments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process and resolve creator payments using Tipalti
- Ensure timely and accurate payment delivery to creators
- Address and resolve payment-related inquiries from creators
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of payment transactions
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have experience with payment processing platforms, preferably Tipalti
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Excel in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Are proactive in identifying and resolving issues
Total Compensation
The hourly pay range is $23-27.
