Creator Operations Coordinator
The Role
You'll own the day-to-day execution of creator campaigns and roster management in our Creator Operations team. This role is foundational to how we deliver value to clients and scale our business—every accurate roster, clean data point, and timely communication directly impacts our ability to hit aggressive growth goals for 2027. You'll report to the Creator Operations lead and work directly with CSMs, Product, Finance, and RevOps to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage creator rosters for assigned campaigns (post-sale), using established criteria and collaborative guidance from CSMs
- Execute day-to-day campaign operations following SOPs and playbooks—managing ~20–30 campaigns per month at full ramp
- Own campaign and creator data accuracy in real time, ensuring our CRM and internal tools reflect current information
- Communicate with creators via our platform and support desk (Zendesk), using templates and guidelines to provide clear, empathetic responses
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately, learning from patterns to improve processes over time
- Collaborate cross-functionally—primarily with CSMs on rostering, plus product, finance, and RevOps teams on process improvements
To be successful, you'll need to
Technical & Practical Skills
- Baseline Excel and Google Sheets skills—comfortable with formulas, filtering, and data organization
- Clear, prompt written and verbal communication, especially in customer-facing and peer interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in our CRM and support-desk tools (we use Zendesk); prior exposure is a plus but not required
Experience & Background
- 1–2+ years in operations, coordination, or high-volume task-management (e.g., agency, talent coordination, account management, or similar)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and initiative—comfort taking on foundational work and finding efficiencies
- A genuine understanding of creator economy fundamentals and the ability to assess creator/brand fit
