Job Role

  • Preparation of Credit Appraisal notes for Project Finance cases for Infrastructure Projects- TL/NCD,
  • Discuss with customers/business for obtaining information for preparation of CRANs. Preparation of detailed CRAN for credit risk assessment along with industry assessment, compliance check, review legal documentation and understanding the nuisances of the regulatory aspects. Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
  • Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
  • Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
  • Prepare Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio and monitor portfolio on ongoing basis. Prepare reporting for Risk Management Committee.
  • Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments and action plan for non-compliances.
  • Handle/Recommend client requests from risk point of view.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience required for the Job: 4-6 years in Credit Underwriting with Infrastructure Project underwriting background.
  • CA / MBA with good academic track record
  • Good understanding of Accounting Standards, Balance Sheet Analysis.
  • Knowledge of RBI regulations, SEBI and other statutory bodies requirements.
  • Good interaction and communication ability.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
