Credit Controller Consultant

Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Credit Controller for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and proactively following up on outstanding invoices within your assigned client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices within the assigned client portfolio.
• Follow up on the Key Account portfolio through phone and written communication.
• Manage complaints, disputes, and payment plans for all customer segments.
• Analyze and coordinate complex customer files with internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate and ensure proper allocation of unassigned payments in collaboration with Accounting.
