Perform Corporates quality requirements checking on processes performed by Credit & Investment Control & Credit Investigation departments through checking reports for irregularities that indicate gaps or errors in processes or application of said processes by the department.
Conduct post disbursement of funds monitoring under overdraft facilities for pre-approved list being cleared by overdraft disbursement unit to identify, report & remediate any deviations where proper approvals were not granted.
Job Description\:
1.Conduct sample post-disbursement QA reviews (T+1), ensuring availability of proper approval according to the agreed-on approval mechanism in terms of pre-approved lists of suppliers/ transaction and any exceptional processed transaction.
2.Track daily exception reports and flag irregularities to the team head.
3.Follow up on supporting documents including Commercial Registers or its equivalent) & supplier lists or as exceptionally approved.
4.Document findings, report discrepancies & recommend corrective actions or policy updates as needed.
5.Conduct reviews on relevant corporates credit processes performed by Credit & Investment Control and Credit Investigation departments.
6.Prepare & present quality assurance review findings in effective & concise manner to the Team Head.
7.Review the received feedback from the Credit & Investment Control and Credit Investigation departments on the corporates quality assurance findings & report them to the Team Head.
8.Perform follow-up reviews to determine appropriate actions are taken on reported findings and that desired quality results are achieved.

11.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
