Credit Manager-Personal Loan-Credit

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Creditworthiness Assessment:

Evaluate potential personal loan applicants by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories to determine their creditworthiness and ability to repay.

  • Loan Application Processing:

Manage and authorize loan and credit applications, deciding to approve or reject requests based on established credit policies and the applicant's financial profile.

  • Credit Policy Development:

Create, implement, and regularly update the company's credit policies, guidelines, and procedures to mitigate risk and optimize loan performance.

  • Risk Management:

Develop credit scoring models to predict risks and set credit limits for borrowers, thereby managing the overall credit exposure of the organization.

  • Loan Portfolio Management:

Monitor the existing loan portfolio, ensuring timely payments and managing overdue accounts through follow-ups and debt settlement negotiations.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all lending activities and credit procedures comply with applicable local and national regulations and internal policies
