Credit Processing Analyst
As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our company's back-office operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient credit processing, while also providing exceptional customer service. You will be the bridge between our financial services and our valued customers, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- Review and analyze credit applications, assessing creditworthiness and financial stability of applicants.
- Process credit applications, including data entry, verification, and approval or rejection.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on credit-related matters.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit processing and customer care.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient strategies to enhance credit processing workflows.
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Generate and analyze credit reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success and growth of the department.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting principles, and financial risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
